If you want a custom pole stem for your pole to fit your top clamp, please choose CUSTOM and go to LIVECHAT and leave your details - if possible, we need the brand and model of the pole and ideally an accurate measurement of the OD / Dimensions of the stem that currently fits the top clamp.

- CNC a custom pole stem for you
- Recommend our ACME FEMALE THREAD adaptor
- Recommend our EURO FEMALE THREAD adaptor.
